Das Kunstwerk Carlshütte ist eine Non-Profit-Kulturinitiative der weltweit tätigen ACO Gruppe und der Städte Büdelsdorf und Rendsburg. Mittelpunkt ist die jährlich stattfindende NordArt, eine der größten internationalen Ausstellungen zeitgenössischer Kunst in Europa, die mehr als 100.000 Besucher pro Sommer anzieht. Seit 2011 ist das Kunstwerk Carlshütte auch Heimat des Festival Orchesters des Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festivals. Das Kunstwerk Carlshütte hat sich mit seinen unterschiedlichen Spiel- und Präsentationsstätten zu einem besonderen Ort für Ausstellungen, Konzerte, Lesungen, Theater- und Filmvorführungen entwickelt.

Gemeinsam mit unserer Geschäftsleitung bilden Sie ein dynamisches Tandem und kümmern sich um organisatorische und administrative Anliegen rund um die NordArt. Sie unterstützen aktiv den reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Kunstausstellung und sind ein wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen unserem Ausstellungsteam sowie unseren Besuchern.

Ihre Aufgaben
Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung in der Kommunikation und Organisation rund um die Kunstausstellung
eigenständiges Recruitment und Management unserer Aushilfen, Freiberufler und Dienstleister
Koordination unserer Kunstführungen
Koordination von Events im Rahmen der NordArt
Verantwortung für die Betreuung des Onlineshops und des Kassensystems
Durchführung von vorbereitenden Buchhaltungsaufgaben

Ihr Profil
Affinität zur Kunst und Freude am Umgang mit Kunstwerken
idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium
hohes Maß an Koordinations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, auch in der englischen Sprache
