Wir suchen ab sofort in Vollzeit an unserem Firmensitz in Gotha einen Mitarbeiter Datenmanagement (m/w/x).

Deine Aufgaben:

Du pflegst unsere Stammdaten in unserem ERP-System (MyFactory) und nimmst Korrekturen sowie Aktualisierungen von Kunden-, Lieferanten- und Artikeldaten vor.

Du nimmst Änderungen an bestehenden Daten (z. B. Preise, Gewichte, Stücklisten usw.) vor und legst neue Artikel in unserem ERP-System an.

Du bist zuständig für die Erfassung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Daten im Zusammenhang mit SCIP, REACH und vergleichbaren Datenbanken bzw. Meldeplattformen.

Du prüfst und validierst die Vollständigkeit, Plausibilität und Richtigkeit der Daten und stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sicher.

Du arbeitest eigenständig mit Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen zusammen, um fehlende oder fehlerhafte Daten zu beschaffen, zu klären und aktuell zu halten.

Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und bei der Pflege von EDI-Schnittstellen zu Kunden und Lieferanten und sorgst durch vollständig gepflegte Stammdaten für einen effizienten Datentransfer.

Du wirkst bei der Standardisierung von Stammdaten und Datenpflegeprozessen mit, damit Daten bereichsübergreifend einheitlich strukturiert und nutzbar sind.

Du unterstützt bei Datenimporten, Datenbereinigungen und Auswertungen zur Datenqualität.

Dein Profil – fachlich:

Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung

sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

Kenntnisse im IT-Bereich sind wünschenswert

Erfahrung in der Stammdatenpflege bzw. im Datenmanagement ist von Vorteil
