Deine Aufgaben

Durchführung des nationalen Mahnwesens inkl. Beantragung gerichtlicher Mahnbescheide
Pflege und Abstimmung der Debitorenkonten sowie Bearbeitung von Klärungsfällen in SAP
Kontenklärung mit Kunden und Schnittstelle zu internen Fachbereichen
Erstellung von Offene-Posten-Listen und Saldenbestätigungen
Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten

Deine Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit und eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab
