## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Allgemeine telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen
  • Datenpflege in SAP
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben

## Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
