Stellenausschreibung Mitarbeiter Disposition (m/w/d) Brüssel & Maass Logistik ist ein in dritter Generation geführtes Unternehmen und verfügt über eine große Expertise im Umgang und Transport von sensiblen und temperaturgeführten Gütern und Lebensmitteln.

Sie suchen nach einer neuen Herausforderung? Wir suchen einen Mitarbeiter Disposition (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

Dabei erwarten Sie diese Aufgaben:

  • Planung und Koordination von Transporten, Produktionsaufträgen, Personal- und Fahrzeugeinsätzen
  • Überwachung und Optimierung von Abläufen und Terminplänen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Fahrern, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen
  • Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und Pflege der Dispositionssoftware
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Ausführung aller Aufträge
  • Dokumentation und Erstellung relevanter Unterlagen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder Industrie
  • Erfahrung in der Disposition wünschenswert
  • Organisationstalent und ausgeprägtes Planungsvermögen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und ggf. Dispositionssystemen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
