### Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung, Anpassung und Verwaltung von Druck- und Laserprogrammen
  • Rüsten, Einrichten, Einfahren und Abarbeiten von Fertigungsaufträgen an Laserbeschriftungs-, Sieb-, Tampon- und HD-Druckmaschinen
  • Herstellung von Sieben und Klischees
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Druck- und Beschriftungsprozesse (Farbe, Druckbild, Positionierung)
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Vorgaben
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung, Einplanung von Aufträgen und Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten

### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Siebdrucker (m/w/d) , Medientechnologe (m/w/d) , Siebdruck (m/w/d) , Laserbeschrifter (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Sieb-, Tampon- und/oder Laserbeschriftung
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen von Druck- und Beschriftungsanlagen
  • Technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit Programmiersoftware für Druck- und Lasersysteme
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Übernahme verschiedener Aufgabenbereiche
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Maschinen und Materialien
  • Bereitschaft zur 3-Schicht-Arbeit
