  • Das erwartet Dich:
  • Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten im Bereich Buchhaltung und Rechnungswesen
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Unterstützung im Mahnwesen
  • Einkauf von Materialien sowie Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten sowie Überwachung von Lieferterminen
  • Pflege von Lieferanten-, Artikel- und Stammdaten
  • Optimierung kaufmännischer Prozesse
  • Das bringst Du mit:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung und/oder im Einkauf von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung im Lexware und/oder DATEV
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
