Mitarbeiter Einkauf (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Du bearbeitest Bestellungen und löst diese mit breits vorverhandelten Konditionen aus
  • Die Auftragsbestätigungen und Liefertermine werden von Dir geprüft, gepflegt und nachverfolgt
  • Du bist der interne Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für alle Rückfragen zur Bestellung
  • Auch die Prüfung und Pflege der Preisliste und Stammdaten gehört zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet
  • Du erstellt Belastungen und bist für die Reklamatonsbearbeitung verantwortlich
  • Abschließend führst Du regelmäßige Lieferantenabfragen durch
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Du hast Deine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf konntest Du bereits sammeln
  • Du bringst anwendungssichere MS Office Kenntnisse und idealweise gute SAP Kenntnisse mit
  • Du arbeitest sturkutiert und gewissenhaft
  • Deine Persönlichkeit überzeugt durch Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Betriebsrestaurant
  • Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV
  • Persönliche Betreuung während des Einsatz bei unserem Auftraggeber
  • Übertarifliche Vergütung
