Komm ins Team - Mitarbeiter Empfang (m/w/d) - Minijob 

Dein Aufgabenbereich: 

Empfang und Bewirtung von Gästen einschließlich Vor- und Nachbereitung der Räumlichkeiten

Verantwortung der Telefonzentrale sowie selbstständige Erledigung interner und externer Korrespondenz

Bearbeitung des Posteingangs und -ausgangs

Arbeitszeiten nach gemeinsamer Abstimmung als Urlaubs- und Krankheitsvertretung

Zeitrahmen: Montag - Donnerstag: 7:00 Uhr - 12:00 Uhr sowie 12:00 Uhr - 17:00 Uhr und Freitag: 7:00 Uhr - 14:00 Uhr

Deine Qualifikationen: 

Gutes Ausdrucksvermögen in Wort und Schrift Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten

Gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert

Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
