### Mitarbeiter Empfang und Telefonzentrale in Teilzeit (befristet)

Aufgaben

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste, Kunden, Geschäftspartner und Bewerber
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung unserer Telefonzentrale sowie Annahme und interne Weiterleitung eingehender Anrufe
  • Besucherbewirtung sowie Koordination und Vorbereitung von Besprechungsräumen
  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und interne Verteilung der Eingangspost
  • Organisation und Verwaltung unseres Fuhrparks

Voraussetzungen und Fähigkeiten

  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im o.g. Aufgabengebiet - auch als Quereinsteiger bist du willkommen
  • Verfügbarkeit für ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche; Montag bis Donnerstag nachmittags von ca. 11:00 bis 16:00 Uhr
  • Freundliches, souveränes und kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten
  • Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Organisationstalent sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
  • Englischkenntnisse auf Grundniveau (A2–B1)
