  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Planung, Organisation und Betreuung von Veranstaltungen, Messeauftritten und internen Events
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Messe- und Eventkonzepten sowie Erstellung von Briefings für Design und Standbau
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Angebotsvergleich und Kostenkontrolle im Rahmen von Projekten
  • Professioneller Empfang und Betreuung von Gästen, Kunden und Partnern
  • Annahme und Weiterleitung telefonischer und schriftlicher Anfragen sowie Organisation von administrativen Aufgaben am Empfang
  • Ihr Profil
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Eventmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Messeauftritten
  • Sehr gutes Organisationsgeschick und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Professionelles Auftreten sowie hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
