Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Export/Disposition.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung nationaler und internationaler Transporte
  • Disposition von Fahrzeugen und Spediteuren
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Export- und Versanddokumenten
  • Zollabwicklung sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung exportrechtlicher Vorschriften
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Speditionen und Behörden
  • Termingerechte Auftragsabwicklung und Sendungsverfolgung
  • Pflege und Verwaltung relevanter Daten im ERP-System
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Klärung von Transportabweichungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung logistischer Prozesse

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Export, Versand oder Disposition
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kenntnisse in der nationalen und internationalen Transportabwicklung
  • Eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Tarifgehalt Thüringen Groß- und Außenhandel (G3)
  • Teilzeit 30 h/Woche
