Für unseren Kunden aus der Chemiebranche suchen wir einen Werkschutzmitarbeiter
- Aufgaben:
- Empfang von Besuchern, Geschäftspartnern und Fremd- und Partnerfirmen,
- Ausgabe und Verwaltung von Besucherausweisen sowie Überprüfung der Zugangsberechtigungen,
- Bedienung der Telefonzentrale und Weiterleitung von Anrufen,
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sicherheits- und Verwaltungsabteilungen,
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der Besucherdatenbank,
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Empfangsbereich,
- Unterstützung im Ereignismanagement,
- Wöchentlicher Wechsel zwischen den Aufgabenbereichen des ADR-Kontrolleurs und des Mitarbeiters Besuchermanagement
- Anforderungen:
- Freundliches, serviceorientiertes und souveränes Auftreten,
- Sachkundeprüfung im Bewachungsgewerbe (gem. §34a GewO),
- ADR-Schulung und Schulung Ladungssicherung von Vorteil,
- Affinität zu administrativen Aufgaben und sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Systemen,
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil,
- Erfahrung im Empfangs- oder Dienstleistungsbereich wünschenswert
