Dabei legen wir großen Wert auf ein kollegiales Miteinander und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Fertigungsprozesse.Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter für die Fertigung (m/w/d) im Bereich Metallbau in Cloppenburg. Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Fertigung und Bearbeitung von Metall- und Blechteilen
  • Durchführung einfacher Metallbearbeitungsarbeiten wie Schleifen, Bohren und Entgraten
  • Unterstützung bei der Bedienung von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Vorbereitung und Bereitstellung von Materialien und Werkstücken
  • Kontrolle und Nachbearbeitung gefertigter Bauteile
  • Allgemeine unterstützende Tätigkeiten in der Produktion
  • Dein Profil
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Interesse an der Metallverarbeitung
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Metallbau oder in der Produktion sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Technisches Grundverständnis und Freude an praktischer Arbeit
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Motivation und Einsatzbereitschaft
