Wir sind ein mittelständiges Unternehmen mit Spezialisierung auf die Herstellung und den Vertrieb feinster, handgefertigter Schokoladen-Kreationen. Zu den Kunden zählen der Feinkost-Fachhandel, die Hotellerie und die Gastronomie sowie Großkunden und White Label Kunden.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten und selbständig arbeitenden Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Bereich Fertigungsplanung  in Vollzeit.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Pflege und fortlaufende Aktualisierung der Produktionspläne
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen, Stücklisten sowie Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Verwaltung von Produktionsdokumenten
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Stammdaten
  • Enge Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen insbesondere Produktion, Einkauf und Vertrieb

Das ist Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriekaufmann /-frau (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Kommunikationsstärke, und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel
  • Erfahrung in Anwendung eines ERP-Systems
