Dein neuer Arbeitsalltag

  • Du arbeitest in einer Vollzeitstelle bei 36-40h/Woche
  • Du übernimmst die Buchung der laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle sowie die Kreditoren- , Debitoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Du überwachst die offenen Posten und das Mahnwesen
  • Du erstellst Zahlungsläufe und kümmerst dich um das Electronic Banking
  • Du arbeitest an der Abstimmung und Klärung von Konten
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresbeschlüssen
  • Und du führst Korrespondenz mit den Versicherungen und Behörden

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Eine strukturierte, pünktliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
