Deine Aufgaben

  • Abwickeln aller relevanten Geschäftsvorfälle hinsichtlich Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Sach- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Führung des Kassenbuches inkl. Reisekostenabrechnung
  • Kontieren und Buchen der laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung/Erstellung von externen Berichtsvorgaben, wie z.B. Intrahandelsstatistik oder Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • Unterstützen bei der Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Unterstützen des Forderungsmanagements (Mahnwesen, Fälligkeitsüberwachung, etc.)
  • Mitwirken bei der Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Arbeitsmethoden

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. Steuerfachangestellte/r, Industriekaufmann-/frau, Kaufmann-/frau für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement.
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse und Affinität für digitale Prozesse
  • Sorgfältige, selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe soziale und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Interesse an vielfältigen Aufgaben
  • Freude an stetiger gemeinsamer Weiterentwicklung
