  • Als Buchhalter/in sind Sie kurzfristig verfügbar , fühlen sich in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung zu Hause und arbeiten sicher mit SAP ? Für ein erfolgreiches Industrieunternehmen im Raum Müllheim suchen wir zur Unterstützung des Finanzteams einen erfahrenen Mitarbeiter Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
  • Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zu besetzen.

Mitarbeiter Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Kreditorenbuchhaltung inklusive Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie Erstellung und Verbuchung von Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Überwachung offener Posten, Mahnwesen sowie Abstimmung von Lieferanten- und Kundenkonten
  • Pflege von Stammdaten und Unterstützung im elektronischen Rechnungsworkflow
  • Durchführung von Intercompany-Abstimmungen und Saldenbestätigungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie der Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung , insbesondere in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • SAP S/4HANA oder SAP ERP ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Prozessen der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Unterstützung von Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Bis 4.000 € Monatsgehalt , je nach Qualifikation
  • 35-Stunden-Woche
  • Langfristiger Einsatz mit geplanter Laufzeit bis mindestens Mai 2027
  • Option zur langfristigen Übernahme
  • Modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit SAP S/4HANA
