  • Bearbeitung und Buchung von Geschäftsvorfällen in den Bereichen Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen sowie Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Zahlläufen
  • Regelmäßige Abstimmung der Konten und Klärung offener Posten
  • Vorbereitende Maßnahmen für die Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Bearbeitung der Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Buchung der Reisekosten

Überzeugen Sie uns mit Ihrem Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation idealerweise Steuerfachangestellte oder geprüfte Finanzbuchhalter/in
  • Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung oder Rechnungsprüfung sowie gute Buchhaltungskenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Buchhaltungssoftware (wie bspw. SAP/R3, SAP/S4 mit VIM-Tool) und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
