Ihr Profil:

Berufsausbildung im Fitnessbereich wünschenswert
Vorerfahrungen zwingend erforderlich
hohes Engagement und Einsatzbereitschaft
Motivation und Belastbarkeit
selbständige, sorgfältige, gründliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
Zuverlässigkeit, Loyalität und Diskretion
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in den vorgegebenen Öffnungszeiten
allgemeine Service - und Reinigungsarbeiten
Einhaltung der Hygiene- und hauseigenen Standards und Prozessbeschreibungen
allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten
sonstige Tätigkeiten nach Weisung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

persönliche Begleitung und Motivation der Mitglieder während des Trainings
professionelle Erstgespräche, Fitnessdiagnostik und fundierte Einweisung neuer Mitglieder in ein ganzheitliches Trainingsprogramm
Erstellung individueller, zielorientierter Trainingspläne, abgestimmt auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Mitglieder
eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Fitness-, Funktional- und Gesundheitskursen
aktive Mitgestaltung neuer Kurs- und Betreuungsformate gemeinsam mit dem Team
Mitgliederakquise.
