Wir die S.W.S. Sicherheitsdienst & Service GmbH & Co. KG sind ein mittelständiges Dienstleistungsunternehmen und suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams mehrere Mitarbeiter (innen) m/w/d für den Hausordnungsdienst in Bad Sachsa in Voll- Teilzeit oder auf geringfügiger Basis.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Vorbereitung von Zimmer für den Einzug der Bewohner (z.B.: Wäscheverteilung)
  • kleine Kontrollgänge in den Objekten und Überprüfung auf gefährliche Gegenstände
  • Überwachung der Ordnung und Sauberkeit der Bewohner
  • Verwaltung und Ausgabe von Gerätschaften für die Bewohner (z.B. Staubsauger)
  • wöchentliche Überprüfung der Zimmer auf Sauberkeit etc.
  • Begleitung von Dienstleistungsunternehmen z.B. Gebäudereinigung
  • Meldung von Schäden an die Kollegen etc.

Ihr Profil:

  • Aktuelles und einwandfreies Führungszeugnis
  • Brandschutzhelfer (kann vor Ort geschult werden)
  • Masernschutzimpfung
  • Verständigung in Deutsch ist erforderlich
  • Gute Umgangsformen, Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Leistungsmotivation
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
