Wir suchen ab 01.11.2026 eine/n Mitarbeiter/in für die Koordination des Personalmanagements (m/w/d) in Vertretung einer Elternzeit.

  • Sie übernehmen:
  • die Personalbeschaffung, von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Besetzung offener Stellen
  • den Einstellungsprozess (u.a. Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Durchführung der Einstellungen,
  • Anlegen der Personalakte)
  • die Personalverwaltung (u.a. Pflege der Personalakten und Personaldatenbank)
  • das betriebliche Eingliederungsmanagement
  • Sie begleiten:
  • Offboarding-Prozesse
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner/in für:
  • unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in personalrelevanten Fragen und Anliegen
  • die Geschäftsführung und die unterschiedlichen Leitungsebenen
  • unsere Buchhaltung, um bei der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung zu unterstützen
  • Sozialversicherungsträger und Behörden
  • Sie wirken mit bei:
  • der Personalentwicklung und -bindung
  • der Optimierung und Entwicklung von HR-Prozessen
