## Mitarbeiter für die Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d)

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fertigungsbegleitende Prüfungen gemäß Prüfplan
  • Prüfmittelanwendung und Überwachung (z.B. Längenmessgeräte und Grenzlehren)
  • Erfassung aller relevanten Prüfergebnisse im CAQSystem und Überwachung von Prozessfähigkeitskennwerten (Cp, Cpk; Cm, Cmk)
  • Identifikation und Kennzeichnung nicht konformer Teile
  • Einleitung von Sofortmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen
  • Erstellung von Fehlermeldungen
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Prozessparametern in der Fertigung

### Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung eines Produktionsunternehmens (möglichst Metall)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
  • Schichtbereitschaft
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
