Deine Aufgaben

  • Verkauf und Abrechnung der Eintrittskarten
  • Sicheres Handling von Bargeld und elektronischen Zahlungssystemen
  • Beratung der Gäste zu Ticketarten, Veranstaltungen und Preisen
  • Freundlicher und professioneller Gästekontakt
  • Ein- und Auschecken der Gäste
  • Anfragen der Gäste zu Übernachtungsarten und Preisen beantworten
  • Beratung der Gäste

Dein Profil

  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und ein offenes, kommunikatives Wesen
  • Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundlichkeit und Geduld auch in stressigen Situationen
  • Grundlegende Computer- und Kassenkenntnisse von Vorteil
