Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine zuverlässige und organisierte Person für die Koordination unserer Kinderveranstaltungen.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Koordination von Kinderevents
  • Einteilung der passenden Mitarbeiter für die Einsätze
  • Vorbereitung und Briefing der Animateure vor jedem Einsatz
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter während der Veranstaltungen
  • Organisation von Kostümen, Requisiten und Lager
  • Kontrolle der Materialien und allgemeine organisatorische Aufgaben

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • ✔ Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
  • ✔ Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • ✔ Sicherer Umgang mit dem Computer (ein Teil der Arbeit erfolgt im Homeoffice)
  • ✔ Bereitschaft, mehrere Stunden an Wochenenden zu arbeiten
  • ✔ Wohnort in Offenbach oder maximal 5 km Umgebung

### Wir bieten

  • Minijob (40 Std. im Monat)
