# Mitarbeiter für Freizeitgestaltung (m/w/d)
Du möchtest im sozialen Bereich arbeiten und suchst eine sinnvolle und flexible Nebentätigkeit? Vielleicht hast du schon Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderung – oder möchtest erste praktische Einblicke sammeln? Du hast Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen? Dann passt du perfekt zu uns!
Wir suchen ab sofort engagierte Mitarbeitende für stundenweise Einsätze im Familien Unterstützenden Dienst (FUD) der Lebenshilfe Ennepe-Ruhr/Hagen. Deine Einsatzzeiten sind flexibel und richten sich nach dem individuellen Bedarf – nachmittags, abends oder am Wochenende.
Als Teil unseres Teams unterstützt du Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene mit Behinderung im Alltag. Wir stehen für gelebte Teilhabe, individuelle Förderung und ein wertschätzendes Miteinander.
## Was wir uns wünschen:
- Freizeitbegleitung und Betreuung – einzeln oder in kleinen Gruppen
- Mitgestaltung von Aktivitäten und Ausflügen nach den individuellen Interessen
- Förderung von Selbstbestimmung und Teilhabe
- Aufbau verlässlicher Beziehungen
## Was Dich erwartet:
- Flexible, stundenweise Einsätze – ideal kombinierbar mit Studium, Ausbildung oder Beruf
- Stundenweise Aufwandsentschädigung
- Fort- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten
- Pädagogische Begleitung durch unsere Koordinator:innen
- Raum für eigene Ideen und kreative Gestaltung deiner Einsätze
## Was du mitbringen solltest:
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderung
- Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Offenheit
- Interesse daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Freizeit aktiv mitzugestalten
- Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
- Mindestalter von 18 Jahren
- Führerschein und Auto von Vorteil, aber keine Muss
