  • Einfache Maschinenbedienung: Du passt auf, dass unsere Anlagen laufen, und füllst Material nach.
  • Verpacken & Sortieren: Du verpackst die fertigen Teile nach einer einfachen Anleitung.
  • Kleinteil-Montage: Du steckst Baugruppen zusammen oder bearbeitest sie leicht nach.
  • Versand: Du machst die Pakete bereit für den Abtransport.

### Was du mitbringen solltest

  • Fitness: Du bist körperlich belastbar und arbeitest gerne im Stehen/Gehen.
  • Zuverlässigkeit: Wir können uns auf dich und deine pünktliche Arbeitsweise verlassen.
  • Sprache: Du verstehst Deutsch gut genug für die tägliche Arbeit und die Sicherheit im Betrieb.
  • Teamgeist: Du bist freundlich und arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen.

### Dein Schicht-Rhythmus (Immer im Wechsel)

Wir arbeiten in einem festen System, damit du deine Freizeit genau planen kannst:

  • 2 Tage Früh (06:00 – 14:00 Uhr)
  • 2 Tage Spät (14:00 – 22:00 Uhr)
  • 2 Tage Nacht (22:00 – 06:00 Uhr)
  • => Danach hast du 2 Tage komplett frei!
