  • Wir unterstützen unsere Kunden mit qualifizierten Monteuren in den Bereichen HLS, Mechanik, Schlosserarbeiten, Vorrichtung, Elektrik, Stahlbau, Fassadenmontage u. v. m.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Mitarbeiter für Werkverträge , der unser Tagesgeschäft im Bereich Montageeinsätze und Projektabwicklung aktiv mitgestaltet.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Organisation und Koordination laufender Werkverträge
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden, Monteuren und Projektleitern
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Verträgen und Einsatzplänen
  • Pflege der Kundendaten und Projektinformationen im System
  • Unterstützung bei Kalkulationen und Nachkalkulationen
  • Kontrolle von Stundenberichten und Dokumentationen
  • Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe auf den Baustellen

### Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann, Bürokaufmann, Techniker)
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Werkverträge, Montageeinsätze oder Personaleinsatzplanung von Vorteil
  • Organisationsstark, kommunikationsfreudig und lösungsorientiert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
