  • allgemeiner Hausmeistertätigkeiten auf dem Betriebsgelände Planung
  • der Instandhaltungsintervalle für das gesamte Gebäude Kleinere
  • Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten Kontrolle von
  • Gebäuden, technischen Einrichtungen und Betriebsmitteln Koordination
  • und Begleitung externer Handwerks- und Dienstleistungsfirmen
  • Unterstützung bei Umzügen, Aufbauarbeiten und sonstigen anfallenden
  • Tätigkeiten Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung, z. B. als Maler,
  • Tischler, Schlosser, Elektriker oder vergleichbar, alternativ
  • entsprechende Berufserfahrung Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches
  • Verständnis Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte
  • Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit Gute
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft
