Mitarbeiter für die Gewässerpflege (gn) für den Kreis Germersheim ab dem 01.10.2026 gesucht. Das Betriebslager und somit der tägliche Sammelpunkt befindet sich in Leimersheim. Die Stelle ist zunächst auf sechs Monate befristet. Bei Eignung besteht eine Option auf eine Übernahme beim Kundenbetrieb.

## Konditionen

  • Bruttostundenlohn: 19,10 Euro bis 23,20 Euro, abhängig von Vorkenntnissen bzw. Qualifikation
  • Arbeitszeiten: 07:00 Uhr bis 16:00 Uhr, von Montag bis Donnerstag, freitags bis 15:00 Uhr. Bereitschaft zur Ableistung von Überstunden wird vorausgesetzt.
  • Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld
  • 30 Tage Urlaub pro Jahr

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entfernen von Unkraut, Ästen, Abfall usw. aus Flüssen und Bächen
  • Bearbeiten von Böschungen mit Mähmaschinen, Fräsen, Sensen, etc.
  • Ggf. Entfernung bzw. Bearbeiten von Bäumen mit einer Motorsäge
  • Führen von Fahrzeugen wie z.B. LKW, Schlepper, Unimog, etc.

## Ihr Profil

  • LKW-Führerschein (CE) sowie Fahrpraxis
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gärtner, Förster, Maurer, Landwirt oder als KFZ-/NFZ-Mechatroniker
  • Alternativ können Sie mindestens eine dreijährige Berufserfahrung im Garten- und Landschaftsbau oder in der Forstwirtschaft nachweisen
  • Wünschenswert, jedoch keine Bedingung, sind Staplerschein, Kranschein, Baggerschein
  • Bereitschaft zum Erwerb eines Motorsägescheins ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und die Bereitschaft überwiegend in einem Team im Freien zu arbeiten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
