  • Verantwortung für das Gemeinkostencontrolling sowie Analyse, Steuerung und Optimierung der Kostenstrukturen
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Budget- und Forecastplanung einschließlich Plan-Ist-Vergleichen und Abweichungsanalysen
  • Koordination und Nachverfolgung der Investitions- und Ressourcenplanung (I+R) in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
  • Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung der Gemeinkostenverrechnung sowie der Sekundärkostenverrechnung zur verursachungsgerechten Kostenverteilung
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports, Kennzahlen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen sowie Aufbau eines systematischen Kostentrackings
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche in betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen sowie Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-, Kostenrechnungs- und Reportingprozessen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Gemeinkostencontrolling oder in der Kostenrechnung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung sowie in Budgetierung, Forecasting und Abweichungsanalysen
  • Erfahrung mit Verrechnungssystemen, Umlageverfahren sowie ERP-Systemen; sehr gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse, BI-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Beratungskompetenz und Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • 35-Stunden-Woche
