# Mitarbeiter Haushaltscontrolling / Mittelbewirtschaftung (m/w/d) – Arbeitnehmerüberlassung

  • Einsatzort: Stuttgart
  • Start: ab sofort
  • Einsatzdauer: 12 Monate
  • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit (39,5 Stunden/Woche)
  • Arbeitsmodell: Nach Einarbeitung teilweise Homeoffice möglich

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Pflege eines Haushaltscontrollings zur Überwachung von Planwerten, Obligos, Mittelabflüssen und Restmitteln
  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege einer Ampel-Logik zur Risikoabschätzung je Maßnahme
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Kostenstellenverantwortlichen sowie Projekt-, Sachgebiets- und Referatsleitungen
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Auswertungen, u. a. Monatsberichte, Budgetübersichten und Ampellisten
  • Koordination von Bedarfs- und Rückmeldungen zur Mittelverwendung sowie Identifikation von Einspar- und Umschichtungspotenzialen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Budgetbesprechungen auf Abteilungsebene
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Controlling-Prozesse

## Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Haushalts- oder Budgetcontrolling
  • Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung in der Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und gängigen Reporting-Tools
  • Bereitschaft zur Durchführung einer Sicherheitsüberprüfung (SÜ1)
