# Ihre Aufgaben als Mitarbeiter im Bereich Haustechnik/ Facility Management

  • In Ihrer Funktion sind Sie für die Kontrollen und Wartungsarbeiten an unseren technischen Anlagen wie z.B. Heizung, Kühlung, Sanitär, Lüftung und Druckluft sowie an Brand- und Einbruchsmeldeanlagen zuständig
  • Sie machen tägliche Kontrollgänge durch die technischen Anlagen
  • Des Weiteren organisieren Sie Reparaturen und Umbauarbeiten, koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit beauftragten Fremdfirmen und verantworten die Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen und Material
  • Die Pflege der Außenanlagen wie z.B. Heckenschnitt, Rasenmähen, Bewässerung, Winterdienst ergänzt Ihr abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet
  • Abschließend nehmen Sie an der wöchentlich wechselnden Rufbereitschaft teil

# Ihr Profil als Mitarbeiter im Bereich Haustechnik/Facility Management (m/w/d)

  • Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder eine Weiterbildung zum Meister in den Bereichen Mechatronik, Mechanik oder Elektrotechnik.
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung in der Gebäude-, Haus- und/ oder Betriebstechnik mit
  • Handwerkliches Geschick sowie eine selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse
