  • Betreuung und Beaufsichtigung der Thermen- und Saunagäste
  • Durchführung von Saunaaufgüssen und Wassergymnastik
  • Verantwortung für die Sicherheit der Thermengäste und Leisten von Erste-Hilfe im Ernstfall
  • Laufende Rundgänge in der Therme
  • Bei Bedarf Unterhaltsreinigung in der gesamten Therme während der Betriebszeiten
  • Tägliche Inbetriebnahme der Saunaanlagen inklusive Reinigung
  • Störungsmeldung an die Technik
  • Berufserfahrung als Thermenmitarbeiter (m/w/d) bzw. im Bereich der Saunabetreuung (von Vorteil)
  • Erste-Hilfe-Ausbildung von Vorteil (wird auch im Betrieb ausgebildet)
  • Rettungsschwimmerausbildung von Vorteil (wird auch im Betrieb ausgebildet)
  • Kommunikatives Verhalten sowie repräsentatives Auftreten
  • Gäste- und serviceorientiertes Denken
