### Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Lieferantenreklamationen
  • Prüfung der 8D-Reports
  • Pflege der Reklamationen und Qualitätsdaten
  • Optimierung von Qualitätsprozessen
  • Datenerfassung im SAP

### Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung, Reklamationsmanagement oder Lieferantenqualität
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Qualitätsmethoden und Qualitätswerkzeugen ( z.B. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why)
  • Kenntnisse über Qualitätsstandards sowie Prüf- und Messmethoden
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • EDV-Affinität, Umgang mit Office-Programmen sowie ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP)
  • Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
