Die Immobilienverwaltung Haus und Grund GmbH ist seit mehr als 75 Jahren als 100%-ige Tochter des Vereins Düsseldorfer Haus-, Wohnungs- und Grundbesitzer e.V. in Düsseldorf tätig. Die Immobilienverwaltung Haus und Grund GmbH ist ein führender Anbieter von Haus- und Immobilienverwaltungen mit ca.15 Mitarbeitern und ca. 3.000 verwalteten Wohnungen in Düsseldorf. Wir verwalten Miethäuser und sind langjährig im Bereich der WEG-Verwaltung tätig.

  • Vollzeit/Teilzeitkraft im der Abrechnungsabteilung (Nebenkostenabrechnungen)
  • ab sofort gesucht (m/w/d)
  • AB 25 Std. Woche. Ihre Aufgabe
  • Erstellung von Betriebs- und Heizkostenabrechnungen
  • Begleitung von Sonderaufgaben
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationsstärke
  • Selbstbewusstes und freundliches Auftreten
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Erfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft wäre wünschenswert
  • Eigenständiges Arbeiten vorausgesetzt
  • Sehr gute Erfahrungen/Kenntnisse in der Erstellung der Betriebs- und Heizkostenabrechnungen
