Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Einkauf in Teilzeit (20 Std.).

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Einkauf
  • Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Eigeninitiative, Engagement und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen PC-Anwendungen und MS-Office

Das machst du bei uns:

  • Unterstützung bei der operativen Bestellabwicklung und Überwachung von Bestellvorgängen
  • Einholung, Prüfung und Vergleich von Lieferantenangeboten
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Lieferanten
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Artikel- und Lieferantenstammdaten
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Einkaufsabläufen
  • Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer und organisatorischer Tätigkeiten im Einkauf
