Als Inklusionsdienstleister suchen wir für einen Kooperationspartner in Köln für eine Tätigkeit im Bereich des Einzelhandels langfristig verlässliche Mitarbeitende mit einer anerkannten Schwerbehinderung oder einer anerkannten Gleichstellung.

In dieser Stellenausschreibung werden bereits ausgebildete Kaufleute im Einzelhandel, Auszubildende sowie Hilfskräfte gesucht. Die Aufgaben und Verantwortungen variieren je nach Stelle.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beratung im Markt
  • Arrangieren und Auffüllen verschiedener Waren
  • Sortieren von Molkereiprodukten nach Ablauf des Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatums
  • Je nach Neigung und Stärken das Arbeiten an der Kasse

Ihr Profil

  • ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Sichere Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • gepflegtes äußeres Erscheinungsbild
  • Zuverlässige, verantwortungsbewusste und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit mit guten Umgangsformen und einem freundlichen und höflichen Auftreten
