Meine Aufgaben:

Formen herstellen: Sie bauen und verdichten Gussformen.

Teile zusammensetzen: Sie richten Modellplatten ein und setzen die Formkästen passgenau zusammen.

Kranbedienung: Sie bewegen Formkästen und Modelle sicher mit dem Hallenkran.

Qualitäts-Check: Sie kontrollieren die fertigen Formen sorgfältig, bevor das flüssige Metall hineingegossen wird.

Mein Profil:

Eine Ausbildung im Gießereiwesen (z. B. Gießereimechaniker) oder in einem handwerklichen Beruf (z. B. Maurer, Betonbauer, Zimmerer, Tischler).

Quereinsteiger: Sie haben keine Gießereierfahrung, sind aber handwerklich geschickt?

Fitness & Geschick: Sie sind körperlich belastbar, bringen räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen und Fingerspitzengefühl mit.

Flexibilität: Die Arbeit im Schichtsystem ist für Sie kein Problem

Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
