Für unseren Kunden – ein renommiertes, modernes Familienunternehmen aus der Glasveredelungsindustrie (Isolierglasproduktion) mit Sitz in Schwalmtal – suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung motivierte und zuverlässige Mitarbeiter für den Bereich Glaszuschnitt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung und Steuerung von modernen, computergesteuerten Float- und VSG-Glaszuschneideanlagen.
  • Überwachung des Zuschnittprozesses und Qualitätskontrolle der zugeschnittenen Glasscheiben.
  • Vorbereitung und Bereitstellung der Glaselemente für die nachfolgende Isolierglasproduktion.
  • Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards im Produktionsbereich.

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, Glasherstellung oder Glasbearbeitung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss (Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen).
  • Handwerkliches Geschick , technisches Verständnis und ein gutes Auge für Details.
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2- bis 3-Schichtsystem).
  • Zuverlässigkeit , Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B1 für Sicherheitsunterweisungen und Arbeitsanweisungen).
