  • Du koordinierst unsere Service-Techniker und sorgst dafür, dass in den Service-Bereichen alles reibungslos läuft
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und berätst sie rund um unsere Service-Dienstleistungen
  • Du nimmst Kundendienstaufträge an, terminierst sie und planst die Einsätze

Damit kannst du uns überzeugen

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
  • Erfahrung im technischen Kundendienst ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und telefonierst gern mit Kunden
  • Du arbeitest gern strukturiert und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick
  • Du packst Dinge an und hast Lust, dazuzulernen
