Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter im Kundenservice (m/w/d) für unsere Filiale in Pforzheim

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kundenservice vom Empfang bis zur speziellen Beratung und Versorgung mit Sanitätsprodukten
  • Warenbestellungen
  • Rezeptbuchungen
  • Kassenabwicklung

### Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Einzelhandelskauffrau/-mann (m/w/d) im Gesundheitswesen oder adäquate Fachkenntnisse, z. B. aus dem Bereich Alten- und Krankenpflege oder durch die Tätigkeit als Medizinische Fachangestellte / Medizinischer Fachangestellter
  • Selbstständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und gute Umgangsformen
  • Flexibilität und Motivation
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
