  • Weiterentwicklung des Onlineauftritts inkl. Betreuung der bestehenden Kanäle (Homepagepflege, SEO-Optimierung)
  • Unterstützung in der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Planung, Content Creation, Community Management)
  • Projektmanagement im Rahmen von Marketingmaßnahmen und -kampagnen, sowie das Vorantreiben eigener bereichsübergreifender Projekte
  • Gestaltung, Bearbeitung und Steuerung von Marketingmaterialien (z. B. Flyer, Broschüren, Anzeigen, etc.)
  • Konzeption, Umsetzung und Auswertung von Marketing-Kampagnen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Vorbereitung von internen Veranstaltungen
  • Auswertungen und Arbeiten mit Kennzahlen
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Mitarbeit bei der Markenentwicklung und internen sowie externen Kommunikation
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe InDesign, Photoshop sowie Canva, erste Erfahrungen im Zusammenhang mit KI wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CMS-Systemen und Social Media Tools
  • Kreative Denkweise und ein gutes Gespür für Zielgruppen und Trends
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Selbstständigkeit und Motivation
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine kommunikative, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
