### Deine Aufgaben

  • Wahrnehmung der Sozialdienstaufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit den angrenzenden Fachbereichen
  • Dokumentation und Berichtswesen
  • Organisation und Begleitung der Eingliederung von Menschen mit Handicap
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Leistungsträgern, Eltern, gesetzlichen Betreuern, Wohnangeboten und weiteren Bereichen
  • Erstellen von Berichten

### Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Fachhochschulausbildung idealerweise im Bereich Soziale Arbeit mit staatlicher Anerkennung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Handicap
  • Teamgeist und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Berichtswesen
  • Kenntnisse in der EDV
  • Führerschein Klasse B
