Sie bringen mit …

  • Qualifikation: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit / Sozialpädagogik oder eine Ausbildung als ErgotherapeutIn, HeilerziehungspflegerIn, KunsttherapeutIn oder Fachkraft in der Altenpflege mit entsprechender Erfahrung.
  • Erfahrung: Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Demenz und in der Altenhilfe mit.
  • Persönlichkeit: Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe, Achtsamkeit und eine hohe soziale Kompetenz sind für Sie eine Herzensangelegenheit.
  • Werte: Sie können sich mit dem christlichen Profil unserer Einrichtung identifizieren.
  • Teamgeist: Sie arbeiten gerne eigenverantwortlich, schätzen aber die enge Kooperation in einem multikulturellen und wertschätzenden Team.
