Wir suchen einen Mitarbeiter Stahlbau (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung, Konstruktion und Umsetzung von Stahlbauprojekten. Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen und tragen zur erfolgreichen Realisierung unserer Bauvorhaben bei.

Aufgaben

  • Planung und Durchführung von Stahlbauprojekten in unserer Werkstatt und auf den Baustellen
  • Erstellung von technischen Zeichnungen und Plänen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ingenieuren und Architekten zur Optimierung der Projekte
  • Überwachung der Bauausführung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards
  • Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts sowie Erstellung von Berichten
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und anderen Projektbeteiligten
  • Organisation und Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen im Team

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Stahlbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Projektplanung und -umsetzung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office sowie Computerkenntnissen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
