Wir sind ein expandierendes Unternehmen, das elektrochemische Messgeräte und Zubehör unter unserer eigenen Marke APERA INSTRUMENTS im Fernen Osten produziert und weltweit vertreibt. Unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen gewinnen zunehmend an Bekanntheit bei unseren Kunden.

Im Zuge unserer kontinuierlichen Produktentwicklung und dem Ausbau unserer Kundenbasis suchen wir derzeit ein engagierter und zuverlässiger Mitarbeiter im Vertrieb / E-Commerce (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Neu- und Bestandskunden
  • Akquise neuer Kunden und Geschäftspartner
  • Ausbau, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Amazon-Marktplatz-Präsenzen
  • Verkauf und Präsentation unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Angeboten
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsstrategien im E-Commerce
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Produktbeschreibungen, Preisen und weiteren Produktinformationen
  • Bearbeitung von Bestellungen sowie Organisation von Lieferungen und Retouren
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und Versanddienstleistern

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium und/oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Interesse am Online-Handel und digitalen Vertriebsprozessen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Kundenorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit WordPress, MS Office und digitalen Anwendungen
  • Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Chinesisch Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im elektrochemischen Bereich von Vorteil

Es wird eine Selbständige Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsfähigkeit erwartet.
