  • Für unseren Kunden, ein Unternehmen im Raum Dortmund, suchen wir ab sofort eine Immobilienkauffrau / einen Immobilienkaufmann (w/m/d) .
  • Der Einstieg erfolgt im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung . Sie erhalten einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag über Michael Page . Unsere Vermittlung sowie alle weiteren Serviceleistungen sind für Sie kostenfrei .

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Betriebskostenabrechnungen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Mietern und Partnern
  • Erfassung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Mieterdaten im System
  • Prüfung und Kontrolle von Mietverträgen
  • Pflege der Stammdaten im Bereich Nebenkosten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkauffrau / Immobilienkaufmann
  • Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft wünschenswert
  • Freundliches, selbstbewusstes Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
