Wir suchen ab sofort befristet bis zum 31.01.2027 am Standort Freiburg eine tatkräftige Unterstützung für die UNICEF-Grußkarten Kampagne 2026/2027 als

## Mitarbeiter\*in auf Mini-Job Basis für die Arbeitsgruppe Freiburg (m/w/d)

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination der Aktivitäten im Direktverkauf der Karten &
  • Produkte für den Weihnachtsmarkt Freiburg
  • Kontaktpflege zu den Ehrenamtlichen per E-Mail und Telefon
  • Erstellung und Versand des Einsatzplans
  • Organisation der Nachbesetzung bei Schichtausfällen sowie Übernahme von Springeraufgaben in Notfällen
  • Bestellung von Grußkarten und Organisation des Transports zum Weihnachtsmarkt
  • Organisation und gegebenenfalls Unterstützung bei Aufbau, Abbau und Dekoration des Weihnachtsmarktstandes
  • Gewinnung neuer Engagierter für einzelne Aufgaben bei zukünftigen Weihnachtsmärkten sowie Betreuung und Bindung bestehender ehrenamtlicher Kräfte
  • Mitorganisation des Auftakt- und Abschlusstreffens

## Ihr Profil

  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Programmen und Internetanwendungen
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
  • Teamfähigkeit und kommunikative Kompetenz
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit ehrenamtlich aktiven Menschen
  • Führerschein ist von Vorteil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung ist von Vorteil
