### COMLINE Systemtechnik

Mit 30 Jahren Erfahrung ist COMLINE Experte für Kommunikations- und Sicherheitstechnik. Für private und gewerbliche Kunden im Saarland und Westpfalz installieren und warten wir hochwertige Alarmanlagen. Im Pflegebereich betreuen wir bundesweit Seniorenheime bei der Installation, Wartung und Support von Telefon- und Lichtrufanlagen.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Auftragsabwicklung vom Angebot bis zur Rechnungsstellung
  • Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kundenkontakt
  • Terminkoordination zwischen Kunden und internen Abteilungen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamations- und Garantiefällen
  • Lagerverwaltung und Logistik (Wareneingang und Warenausgang)
  • Wareneinkauf und Bestellabwicklung

### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Back-Office, idealerweise im Bereich Auftragsabwicklung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Freundliches Auftreten, Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
